Delete my account

Use this page to permanently delete your COMOD account and all the personal data attached to it. You do not need the app installed — just the phone number you signed up with and your password.

What gets deleted

Everything below is erased immediately and permanently. We keep no anonymised or archived copy.

• Your profile — first name, last name and phone number.
• Your saved, liked and dismissed places.
• Your experiences (albums) and the places inside them.
• The reviews you wrote.
• All your sessions — you are signed out on every device.
• Your registered devices and the SMS verification records tied to your number.

This cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no way to recover the account afterwards. Your phone number is released straight away, so you can register a new account with it if you change your mind.

You can also do this inside the app, under Privacy & data → Delete my account.

Confirm it is you

Forgotten your password? Reset it from the app (Sign in → Forgot password), or contact us at privacy@comod-app.com or +33 9 77 37 82 45 and we will erase your account for you.
